Of course, if you live in Virginia Beach, or happen to be in the area, you could get one hand delivered! There are four other ways to get your hands on a copy.
1) Directly from me.
All copies purchased directly from me will be autographed! Send a check or money order, made out to John P. King, for $10.00 per copy + the shipping and handling. The chart below shows how much the S&H rates are for how many copies you order. Save money on S&H by ordering directly from me. It’s cheaper than ordering from Createspace.
